On Friday, October 7, 2022, the Mountain Ridge Miners hosted the Fort Hill Sentinels in a varsity football game at Miner Stadium. Both schools showed tremendous sportsmanship after the game, moving from separate huddles to one, with both schools offering each other positive accolades for a well-played match.
