Parkside Grandparents Day
-
Parkside Elementary School hosted the annual Grandparent's Day on Thursday, September 19, 2019. Family members of students in grades K-2 visited during the morning session, and those of students in grades 3-5 came in the afternoon. In all, nearly 300 grandparents had the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities with students. Groups were divided into three stations where they played BINGO, worked together on crafts, and had snacks and photos taken together outside.
