WELCOME

  • We are excited to inform families that the Allegany County Public School system will be providing additional pre-k opportunities in the Georges Creek / Westernport school communities. We are trying to get information from families who are interested in order to best determine the location of the programs.  The following programs will be available:

    • A Pre-K 3 Program.  A morning 3 hour session and an afternoon 3 hour session will be provided. Children who are 3 years old by September 1, 2021 are eligible to attend.
    • A Pre-k 4 Program.  A morning 3 hour session will be provided.  Children who are 4 years old by September 1, 2021 are eligible.
    • Children who are eligible for Head Start may also attend the Head Start program at Westmar Middle for the afternoon session.

Please contact the school office or click on the link below to complete the form by August 2nd to express interest in your child’s attendance in either of these programs.  If you have already completed school registration for the Pre-K 4 program or through the Infants and Toddlers program, you do not need to call unless you have questions.
