The Board of Education encourages the use of public school facilities and makes its buildings and other properties available for community activities and events when they are not being used for their principal purpose.

The right to use the property for any lawful purpose is subject to approval by the Board of Education. Accordingly, the Superintendent shall establish detailed regulations, pertaining to the public use of all school facilities. Such regulations will address costs of operation, user fees, and liability issues.

 

Please return all completed Use of Facilities forms to the appropriate school principal for approval.
