Griffin has dually enrolled in college biology, English, statistics, and psychology and has taken AP environmental science as well as a dozen other honors courses. He plays baseball, basketball, and golf and is a member of the National Honor Society. He also plays travel baseball. Griffin has earned a Minds in Motion award, is a scholar athlete, consistently makes the honor roll, was a 2022 Times-News All-Area Baseball Player of the Year, the 2022 WestMac Conference Baseball Player of the Year, and a 2022 WestMac Conference Golf All-Tournament selection. He was chosen to represent Allegany at West Side Elementary’s DARE celebration and works part-time at Rocky Gap golf course. Griffin volunteers his time with snow removal for neighbors and at elementary field day events. He plans to attend James Madison University to play baseball and major in hospitality management.
