Macie has enrolled in AP psychology and calculus, as well as college English, algebra, statistics, biology, calculus, and sociology. She is the captain of the cheerleading squad and a member of the National Honor Society, the National Art Honor Society, Rho Kappa, and student council. Macie is this year’s Homecoming Queen and has earned an English III award and a Shining Star award. She works part-time at Twisteez Ice Cream, at the Cumberland Country Club, and at Chick-Fil-A, and she volunteers her time with face painting, at the Hooley Plunge, at the animal shelter, with Kid Walk Kid Talk, and at the Holding Hands for Haley Foundation. Macie plans to attend Frostburg State University and hopes to pursue a career as a physician’s assistant.
