New this year, the We Are Fort Hill organization implemented an award to be given to those individuals who have given significant service to Fort Hill High School over an extended period of years. Deeds, Not Words award winners may or may not be graduates of Fort Hill. Nominations are not accepted, as winners are selected through an internal selection process. The inaugural winners this year were Victor D. Heisey and Henry Walter “Bud” Roberson.
