Stay Connected with Peachjar Electronic Flyers
We're making it easier to stay in the loop about school activities, community events, and important information—all while helping the environment. Allegany County Public Schools uses Peachjar, an electronic flyer system that delivers approved information straight to your inbox.
What This Means for You
Instead of sorting through paper flyers in your child's backpack, you'll get electronic flyers sent directly to your email. You'll only receive flyers from your child's school, so no extra clutter—just the information that matters to your family.
How It Works
As long as your email address is up to date with your child's school, you're all set! Here's what to expect:
- Welcome Email – You'll receive a welcome message from Peachjar with login information. You don't need to log in to see flyers, but you can use your account to manage your preferences if you want.
- Flyers Delivered – Approved flyers will arrive in your inbox automatically. Just click to view!
- Easy Access Anytime – You can also view all approved flyers by clicking the Peachjar button on your school's website homepage.
Pro Tips for Best Results
- Add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts so flyers don't end up in spam
- When you get your first flyer, click "always display images" for the best experience
- Keep your email address current with your child's school
Why We Love This System
Going digital saves paper, reduces printing costs, and frees up teachers and staff to focus on students instead of managing stacks of flyers. It's a win for everyone—and the planet!
Important to Know
We're moving toward fully electronic flyer distribution, which means paper flyers may eventually go away completely. If you opt out of Peachjar, you might miss important information about school events and activities.
Your privacy matters: Email addresses are used only for this approved flyer system and will never be shared for other purposes.
