8th Grade P-TECH Cybersecurity Informational Meeting February 19th
Online Application Process Opens In Near Future
Allegany County Public Schools will host a special informational meeting for 8th grade parents and students interested in the P-TECH (Pathways in Technology Early College High) Cybersecurity program on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at 6 p.m. at the Center for Career and Technical Education on McMullen Highway.
The P-TECH program enables high school students to earn a high school diploma, an associate degree in Computer Technology Cybersecurity from Allegany College of Maryland, and gain relevant work experience through an internship experience.
Anyone interested in the program is encouraged to attend the meeting to learn more about P-TECH Cybersecurity, the pathways to degree completion, and the application process. The online application process for P-TECH Cybersecurity will open on February 20th and will remain open until March 5th at noon.
