Beginning May 28, 2025 Westernport Elementary School students will be back in the classroom. The Westernport Elementary School staff and administration has worked extensively to create a plan to help their students finish the 2024-2025 school year together, and on a good note.

With support from their community partner, the Frostburg State University Children’s Literature Center, and many other departments at FSU, Westernport kids will be on the FSU campus for 8 days. Their school year will end on June 6, 2025.

During their time together, students will be able to look forward to fun activities, as well as their scheduled field trips. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Several counselors will be available as well, to aid with any student or family concerns. Transportation will be provided and parents can expect further details soon.
