ACPS Class of 2021 Grads Accepted to 42 Colleges, Universities, and Technical Schools

Students Offered Nearly $8 Million in Scholarships

 

The Allegany County Public School System is proud to announce that students in the graduating Class of 2021 have been accepted to 42 different colleges, universities, and technical schools across the country. Of the 574 graduates, 197 of them have chosen to continue their studies locally at either Allegany College of Maryland or Frostburg State University. In addition, 220 graduates were offered a total of $7,997,884 in merit, athletic, academic and senatorial scholarships.

           

The list of colleges, universities, and technical schools graduates of the Class of 2021 will be attending in the fall is as follows: Allegany College of Maryland, Atlantic Institute of Media and Music, Blue Ridge Technical College, Brigham Young University, Coastal Carolina University, Davis and Elkins College, Duke University, Eckerd College, Frostburg State University, Garrett College, Gettysburg College, Grove City College, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, James Madison University, Johnson and Wales University, Liberty University, Lone Star Community College, Lynchburg University, McDaniel College, Mount Saint Mary’s University, North Michigan University, Penn State University, Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics, Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, Rosedale College, Salem University, Salisbury University, Shenandoah University, Southern Illinois University of Carbondale, St. Mary’s College, Towson University, University of Eastern Kentucky, University of Maryland College Park, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, University of North Florida, University of Notre Dame, University of Pittsburgh, University of Tennessee, West Virginia University, Wilkes University, William and Mary College, WVU Potomac State College, and York College of Pennsylvania.
